20,000 Men's Jackets Set Sail for Italy
As the Mediterranean monsoon brews the new season's fashion rhythm, 20,000 men's jackets, custom-made for our Italian partners, have completed all production processes and are being loaded and shipped in batches. This is not just a delivery of a large quantity of goods, but also a precise response to the demands of the European market and a firm commitment to quality. The following will analyze the core highlights of this collaboration from five dimensions: market fit, quality control, logistics planning, cooperation value, and after-sales service.

2. Compliance First: Quality Control Throughout the Process Compliant with EU Standards
3. Precise Fulfillment: Direct Logistics Solutions and Timely Delivery Guarantees to Italy
4. Value Co-creation: The Underlying Logic from Single Orders to Long-Term Cooperation
5. Service Continuity: A Full-Lifecycle Support System After Delivery
I. Trend Resonance: How Jacket Design Adapts to Italian Fashion DNA
Italian consumers' demands for menswear have always hovered between fashion and practicality. This custom-designed men's jacket is based on the 2025 European menswear "Calm Utility" style trend, perfectly blending functional design with a soft, sculptural aesthetic. In terms of design, we abandoned exaggerated cuts, adopting a slim silhouette that fits the proportions of the Italian male body, with naturally draped shoulder lines. It's suitable for both work commutes and casual occasions, perfectly aligning with the local consumer preference for "multi-scenario clothing."
For the fabric, we chose a blend containing 30% recycled cotton, retaining the breathability and comfort of natural fabrics while enhancing wrinkle resistance and abrasion resistance through special processes. This coincides with the growing demand for "sustainable fabrics" in the Italian market. The color palette primarily features neutral tones such as off-white, dark gray, and navy blue, paired with understated metal zippers and embroidered logos. This aligns with the minimalist style popular in European spring/summer fashion, while also providing high styling flexibility, easily integrating into the everyday attire of Italians.

II. Compliance First: A Comprehensive Quality Control Process Compliant with EU Standards
The core barrier to entering the EU market lies in the strict adherence to product safety and environmental standards. From raw material procurement to finished product delivery, the entire process of producing these 20,000 jackets was controlled using EU regulations as the core benchmark. The fabric not only passed REACH's SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) testing, ensuring that the levels of harmful chemicals such as azo dyes and heavy metals were far below the limits, but also additionally passed OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, eliminating the risk of skin irritation from the source.
As windproof apparel, all jackets comply with EN 343 European standards, passing hydrostatic pressure and wind penetration tests. They effectively resist the changeable sea winds and showers of the Mediterranean region while maintaining good breathability to prevent the wearer from feeling stuffy. During production, one out of every 50 products was randomly selected for breaking strength, tearing strength, and pilling tests, resulting in a 100% pass rate for the physical properties of the final products. In addition, all jackets are equipped with textile labels that meet EU requirements, clearly indicating the composition ratio, washing instructions, and production information to ensure compliance during customs clearance and sales.
III. Precise Fulfillment: Direct Logistics Solutions and Timely Delivery Guarantees to Italy
For the bulk shipment of 20,000 items, we partnered with COSCO Logistics to customize a full-chain solution of "direct port delivery + inland distribution." Goods depart from Shanghai Port, transit the Far East-Mediterranean route via the Suez Canal, and arrive directly at the Port of Genoa, Italy. 40HQ containers are used for loading, reducing unit transportation costs and preventing moisture damage during sea transport through moisture-proof packaging.
For customs clearance, all necessary documents have been prepared in advance, including a commercial invoice with HS code and CIF price, a detailed packing list, EORI number, and Certificate of Origin FORM A, ensuring compliance with Italian customs inspection requirements and smooth access to EU Most Favored Nation (MFN) tariff treatment. Upon arrival at the port, the goods will be delivered inland by our partner Italian local trucking team. Delivery can reach the Milan core warehouse within 2 hours and major distribution cities such as Turin and Bologna within 3 hours, with the entire delivery time controlled within 35 days. To facilitate real-time tracking, we have provided our partners with a dedicated logistics tracking system, where updates on each transportation node will be pushed simultaneously.
IV. Value Co-creation: The Underlying Logic from Single Orders to Long-Term Cooperation
This order of 20,000 pieces stems from a deep understanding of the Italian market's demands. In initial communication, we found that our partners particularly value the stability of the supply chain and product traceability. Therefore, we specifically established a fabric traceability system, allowing for tracking and recording of every step from cotton procurement to spinning and weaving, fully meeting the Italian brand's requirements for supply chain transparency.
Considering the turnover characteristics of the fast fashion market, we optimized the production cycle, compressing the original 45-day production cycle to 30 days, while retaining 10% flexible capacity to handle subsequent replenishment needs. In response to the seasonal characteristics of the Italian market, we have completed the design and development of our 2025 Autumn/Winter collection ahead of schedule. This collection emphasizes retro craftsmanship elements and functional details, creating a seamless product lifecycle with this order and laying the foundation for long-term cooperation. This "demand prediction + rapid response" cooperation model is the core logic behind our trust-building with European partners.

V. Service Continuity: Full-Cycle Support System After Delivery
The departure of goods is not the end of the cooperation, but the beginning of our service. We have assigned a dedicated local Italian service team to this order. Upon arrival, they will assist with acceptance, warehousing, and other subsequent processes. Any quality issues will be resolved within 48 hours. For the end-sales stage, we have compiled a product selling point manual, detailing fabric characteristics, design highlights, and compliance certification advantages to support our partners' market promotion.
Furthermore, we will regularly send European menswear trend reports to our partners, combining WGSN's forecast data to provide product development suggestions and help them accurately grasp market dynamics. If customized needs arise later, our design team can provide full-process support from style sketches to sample production and flexibly adjust production plans according to batch size.
